Pavia Italy photos

on Thursday, January 03, 2008

The first photo is of what remains of an 11th century tower that collapsed on March 17th, 1989 and unfortunately 4 people lost their lives. The second photo is of a statue downtown Pavia near the Pavia Duomo (cathedral). The third photo is of the Pavia Cathedral, and the last photo is of Chiesa di San Michele (Saint Michael's Church) which dates back to the 12th century.
** July 17th 2008 Update - We do not live in Pavia, the day we went to Pavia my husband had to go for work and I tagged along. My husband long ago went to university in Pavia.
