Here are some photos of this year's Christmas Market here in Busto Arsizio, Italy. I will be posting some more photos in the coming days, so stay tuned!
As you can see it's been unseasonably MILD here recently. It snowed a couple of weeks back, maybe a couple of inches maximum. Since Thursday its been in the 50's every day. Today the high temperature was 61. No this is NOT normal for this time of year here and according to the forecast is not supposed to let up until towards the end of the week. There is a CHANCE of snow on Friday. So no White Christmas here this year.

I love European Christmas markets - something we dont get in Australia. Even Edinburgh had them when I lived there. Ohhh, takes me back to wonderful times. Enjoy!!!
It looks fun. Lucky you for the mild winter. It snowed by me (NJ) and it is cold.
The Christmas markets must be a European thing. In my neck of the woods back "home" never seen them either.
J. Doe, have heard many places in N. America have gotten hit with some snow lately. SO FAR we've been rather fortunate. But by this weekend that is supposed to change.
Couldn't see many customers, it this the norm, or do they all crowd in after dark?
Merry Christmas to you and yours. Ann :o)
Martin, it was early in the afternoon on Thursday, about 3:30 and the market had only been open about half an hour. I can imagine this last weekend there were A LOT more people, being the last weekend before Christmas.
